
GEORGIA SENIOR FACES UP TO 10 YEARS IN PRISON AND SUBSTANTIAL MONETARY PENALTIES
In late October, a Georgia man, MW (73), was arrested for yelling racial slurs and shooting a .22 caliber revolver in his Black neighbor’s direction.
If convicted, MW faces up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine on both the civil rights and firearm charges.
