FACES UP TO 5 YEARS IN PRISON FOR HIS MISCONDUCT
In late September, A.H (43) -- a man from Miami, Florida, who was arrested, along with others, for selling and distributing “adulterated prescription drugs, primarily HIV medications, to wholesale pharmaceutical suppliers,” using fraudulent documents which purported that the drugs were legitimately acquired -- pleaded guilty to “one count of conspiracy to introduce adulterated and misbranded drugs into interstate commerce.”
Scheduled to be sentenced on December 21, 2023, the man faces up to 5 years in prison.
