For those who want to stay up a bit longer, tonight's Midnight Platter consisutes of a cold meat plate consisting of grilled chicken and a duck rilettes pate with toasted baguette, sitting on a bed of lola rosa and frisee greens. This is served with a whole grain mustard and complemented by an apple and cranberry compote.
This selection is accompanies by a choice of warm breads, followed by a dessert plate of a raspberry chocolate Dobosche torte served with grapes and dried strawberries.
