TURKISH AIR FOOD

Flew from Dublin to Istanbul via Turkish Air.

The food service consisted of "Assorted Turkish Appetizers," including "GreenBeans Marinated in Olive Oil" -- which was suprisingly bland.

(Don't you just love when the dessert -- a "homemade profiterole with vanilla cream and chocolate sauce" -- comes out with the appetizer? The profiterole is to the right of the beans, above and below.)

Some sort of chicken served on top of eggplant?

Rigatoni with parmesan sauce, cherry tomatoes and roasted pine nuts, looked like it had been sitting out a while. (Rock hard texture.)

The "Mediterranean Prawns with Tomato Sauce" and sauteed leaf spinch/rice was better. (But that ain't saying much.)

Come on guys, you can do better!
