Pomona has issued a recall of URMYWO baby loungers due to serious safety concerns. The loungers violate the mandatory federal safety standard for infant sleep products and pose risks of suffocation and falls. Approximately 23,000 units are affected.
The recalled product is the URMYWO baby lounger in the “grey feather” style. It features a gray cloth cover printed with feathers, a foam sleeping pad, and padded bumpers. The brand name “URMYWO” and model number “UMCZC01AE” are printed on labels located on the side of the lounger.
The product fails to meet safety requirements in several ways: the side walls are shorter than the minimum height needed to secure an infant, the sleeping pad is thicker than allowed, and the opening at the foot of the lounger creates a risk of entrapment or falling. Additionally, the lounger lacks a stand, further contributing to the fall hazard. These design flaws create an unsafe sleep environment and pose a risk of serious injury or death.
No injuries have been reported to date. The loungers were sold exclusively on Amazon from January 2024 through April 2025 for between $30 and $50. They were manufactured in China and imported by Dong Guan Bo Mo Na Ke Ji You Xian Gong Si, doing business as Pomona.
Consumers should stop using the baby loungers immediately. To receive a full refund, they must remove the sleeping pad, cut up the sides and pad, and email a photo of the destroyed product to urmyworecall@outlook.com. For additional information, consumers may also contact Pomona via email at urmyworecall@yundnetwork.com.
This recall was announced on September 4, 2025, under recall number 25-456.
