Guiding the conversation is Christina Cates, host of Culinary Confidential and a respected voice in the hospitality world. Christina’s career began in New York City’s restaurant scene, where she quickly rose through the ranks in front-of-house leadership. She served as General Manager at Almond Restaurant in Tribeca and spent seven years with the Palm Restaurant Group, overseeing operations and cultivating standout guest experiences. A graduate of The Art Institute of New York City with a degree in Restaurant Management, Christina brings deep industry fluency and a passion for storytelling to the mic. Her interviews are known for their warmth, insight, and ability to spotlight the people who make hospitality an art form.
