James M. Sweeney is a serial entrepreneur who has founded 14 healthcare companies, raised 2 billion dollars in capital, and generated over 30 billion dollars in exit value. He pioneered the home infusion therapy industry with Caremark, revolutionizing healthcare delivery.
Rhonda Lauritzen, a biographer and speaker, holds an MBA and has served as a corporate CEO and college vice president. She is the founder of Evalogue.Life, a professional network dedicated to helping people tell their life stories.
Together, they co-authored “Creative Insecurity: Lean Into the Unknown and Unleash Your Inner Misfit,” a book that explores how insecurity can be both a hindrance and a catalyst for creativity.
Hour 2: Eric Jacobus – Stuntman, indie action filmmaker, and motion capture expert
Eric Jacobus fought for 15 years to break into the entertainment business before landing his big break as the stuntman for Kratos in God of War (2018). With the game's success, Jacobus set out to build SuperAlloy, an action design and motion capture studio in Las Vegas.
His groundbreaking pitch to developers—based on a new science of violence—secured God of War Ragnarök as his first major contract. Since then, SuperAlloy has contributed to hit games like Sifu, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II, Destiny 2, Midnight Fight Express, and Mortal Kombat 1, as well as films like Zack Snyder’s Army of the Dead.
His book, “If These Fists Could Talk: A Stuntman's Unflinching Take on Violence,” explores his unique hypothesis on human combat and the mechanics of violence.
