After a concert at the Seminole Hard Rock, in Fort Lauderdale, we went for a late dinner at “The Bol,” a Pan-Asian restaurant, which offers Vietnamese and Chinese dishes, and tried their “Szechuan Beef.” Unlike other variations of this dish, this $19 one was a step above the standard fare you’ll usually encounter. Because we enjoyed the relatively clean (less greasy), sweet/spicy taste, we gave it an “A-.”
