We thought we’d end our $23 three-course “Miami Spice” lunch, with Palat’s “Ice Cream Sandwich.” And while it looked very good, the consistency was all “off.” It was rock hard. (So hard that we could have broken the front window had we tossed it across the room.) Since it was difficult to eat, and neither the cookies nor the ice cream wowed us, this dish scored a (near failing) “C-.”
