While the “Maccheroni Beef Ragu” — beef ragu “sugo Toscano,” parmigiano, olive oil ($23) — offered at Brickell’s Toscana Divino sounded interesting, salt was pervasive. So even though the pasta was perfectly cooked, the saltiness and high price secured this dish a “B-.”
