Trattoria Vespri Siciliani’s “Misto Palermo” — rice balls, panelle (chickpea flour, sunflower oil, parsley), and potato crocche (mashed potatoes, white onion, parsley, sunflower oil, mint) ($11.95) — was a bit lacking on presentation, and came out drier than I would have preferred, but still proved to be an enjoyable appetizer.
