Key Lime Baked Alaska -- graham cracker, blackberry and kaffir lime soda $12
While beautifully presented, the graham cracker at the base of the dessert was difficult to manuever; hard to crack. It required a lot more work than should have been necessary. Everyone at the table also agreed that the taste was too tart.
