Today, President-elect Trump is proposing a corporate giveaway and calling it infrastructure while Senator Bernie Sanders is re-introducing his huge, $1 trillion infrastructure program -- which would create jobs repairing crumbling bridges and roads, expanding high-speed Internet, and increasing access to clean energy.
