Dear Lucas,
September 11th is a solemn day. A day to remember those who were taken
from us too soon. To remember those whose heroics and sacrifices were
made to help others.
Today is also a day to remember how our nation came together in the aftermath
of terror. We mourned together, and we got back on our feet together.
We must always keep that spirit of togetherness with us. It is what makes
ours the greatest nation on Earth.
