Working people have clearly expressed their opposition to the TPP. Yet Washington blazes forward, without even revealing the full details of this trade deal to the public. There’s a disconnect between the people and Congress -- but that disconnect didn’t just come out of nowhere.
It’s been special interests who have used their billions of dollars to lobby for the TPP and prop up its allies in Congress. Establishment politics has created this disconnect, and it’s up to us to restore our government to the people.
