I wanted to give you a quick update.
Not surprisingly, Kelly Ayotte and Maggie Hassan’s campaigns reflect
their very different styles of leadership.
Kelly is
delivering results for hardworking New Hampshire families and bringing
New Hampshire common sense to the Senate. So, despite being significantly outspent on television by
attack ads from
Hassan’s D.C. special interest allies, Kelly has been able to cut through with a
positive message and a
strong record.
And nobody works harder for the people of New Hampshire than Kelly. From
PTA dunk tanks to
town halls to
ATV club rides, Kelly is bringing that same work ethic to winning re-election to keep
up the fight in the Senate. She is listening to voters’ concerns,
running 5Ks for good causes, and rallying grassroots support statewide.

Meanwhile, Maggie Hassan’s time in office has been defined by
mismanagement and
failed policies that have made life harder on New Hampshire families and small businesses.
So, Hassan is running a
negative campaign fueled by air cover from
Harry Reid,
Chuck Schumer, and their
big money allies. When she does articulate a positive message, it’s to
take credit for a budget she
vetoed or talk about
college affordability when
she skipped out on her role on UNH’s board.
Hassan’s approach to campaigning has been as hands-off as her approach to
accountability in her administration. When Hassan does campaign, it’s typically in
highly-scripted, staged stops that
lean heavily on her role as a
top Hillary Clinton surrogate.

So, we’d really appreciate it if you’d be willing to help out with the campaign or pitch in today.
