Contributions to the Crowley Leadership Fund will be allocated as follows: Individuals contributions of up to $2,700 will be attributed to Crowley for Congress. Amounts in excess of $2,700 (but not greater than $7,700) will be attributed entirely to JOE PAC. Federal multicandidate committee contributions up to $5,000 will be attributed to Crowley for Congress. Amounts in excess of $5,000 (but not greater than $10,000) will be attributed entirely to JOE PAC. Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if any contribution, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
