Letter to President Obama:

Lucas - What an eight years it’s been!
Under President Obama’s leadership, we’ve protected more public
lands and waters than ever before; finalized the Clean Power Plan, our
nation’s biggest step forward in the fight against climate change;
achieved the historic international Paris climate agreement; and defeated
the dirty and dangerous Keystone XL pipeline!
With so many climate change deniers in Congress who are hell bent on blocking
any and all action to protect our environment, these achievements did
not come easy.
President Obama has fought long and hard to defend our environment, protect
our public lands and waters, and jumpstart a clean energy revolution --
And before he leaves office we want him to know how much we appreciate him!
Will you sign the letter thanking the President?

President Obama understands that climate change is the greatest long-term
threat facing the world, and he has fought tooth and nail to take action.
Here are just some of the great steps and accomplishments President Obama
has taken to protect our environment all the while improving community
health, increasing cultural awareness, and growing our economy:
- Making the largest investment in clean energy in American history
- Setting historic fuel economy standards so Americans use less gas and save money
- Imposing a moratorium on new coal leasing on public lands
- Leading the way in securing the historic Paris Climate Agreement
- And permanently protecting more public lands and waters than any president in history
Thank President Obama for his unprecedented dedication to protecting our environment »
Thanks to President Obama, the U.S. is showing tremendous environmental leadership, becoming a global leader against climate change, increasing access to clean energy, and so much more. Thank him today for his leadership on the environment!
