NYC Half Marathon
Sunday, March 20, from 7:00am to 3:00pm, the 2016 United Airlines NYC Half Marathon will take place. The areas of Central Park, Midtown West, West Side Highway, Battery Park City and the Financial District will experience a high impact on vehicular and pedestrian traffic.For those visiting or residing in the Financial District, please note that there will be limited access to side streets from Water Street to South Street between John Street and Whitehall Street. Battery Park City will be accessible through Battery Place and West Street at a controlled bypass between Liberty Street and Vesey Street. The Staten Island Ferry Terminal and Battery Park will experience heavy pedestrian traffic.

Due to the NYC Half Marathon this Sunday March 20, 2016, Downtown Connection bus service will be rerouted between the hours of 10:00AM to 7:30PM. Buses will not make any stops on Water Street, State Street, Warren Street, Murray Street and North End Ave in both directions.
