a bill to repeal the Affordable Care Act and elected Paul Ryan as leader
of the House. We need strong progressive leaders to fight back.

Keith Wright has been fighting and winning in Albany. He’s sponsored
legislation to raise the minimum wage. His leadership led to the reform
of the draconian Rockefeller Drug Laws, making sure that sentencing remains
at the discretion of judges. It is his effort that created Gun Violence
Awareness Month in New York, the only state in the nation to devote an
entire month to the epidemic of gun violence we all face.
