In Louisiana, when someone has courage, and fortitude, and the ability
to stand up while others stand back, we say that he -- or she -- has
coconuts.
There are not enough people in Washington, DC today with coconuts -- there
are not enough leaders who love God, love America, and love serving the
American people more than serving themselves.
