When the FCC forced through their Internet takeover, Chairman Wheeler assured Congress and the American people, time and time again, that the new regulations would NOT include rate regulation.
But lately he's changed his tune.
Now he thinks a bill banning the FCC from regulating the prices of broadband service would be completely undermining his authority.
This flip-flopping, or cartwheeling, if you will, is outrageous.
The people should have a voice in the matter - and we do NOT want the government setting our rates for broadband service.
A bill banning Wheeler's rate regulations is hitting the floor on Friday, April 15th.
Please, urge your Congressman to vote for HR2666 to protect the future of the Internet from the FCC's out-of-touch price-setting.
