Lucas, did you know that student loan debt has surpassed $1 trillion? This
figure is ridiculously high, and it’s unacceptable that millions
of students are forced into crippling debt in order to obtain an education.
That’s why I’m supporting the CLEAR Act – a bill that aims to streamline student debt repayment and educate students on managing debt. It’s the least we can do to help today’s students succeed after graduation.
