Lucas A. Ferrara -- author of a three-volume treatise entitled Landlord and Tenant Practice in New York and adjunct professor of law at New York Law School -- focuses his practice on real estate and commercial litigation representing real-estate developers, contractors, building owners, Fortune 500 corporations, condominium and cooperative boards, and tenants’ associations.
Jarred I. Kassenoff concentrates his practice in the areas of complex commercial real estate disputes, insolvency issues, and zoning and tax matters.
