Lucas, I am sick and tired of Republicans running this country into the
ground. I am sick and tired of Republicans holding the budget hostage
so they can try to force some right-wing policy onto us that Americans
don't want—
not even Republicans. I am sick and tired of having to defend good institutions like Planned
Parenthood from Republicans smears and attacks.

I was going to write a long list of things that Planned Parenthood does, but I'm not going to dignify the Republican "debate" with a rebuttal. You know what Planned Parenthood does: Provides healthcare and family planning to men and women—mostly low-income—like pap smears, breast exams and STD testing.
No, this isn't about what Planned Parenthood does. As Sen. Elizabeth Warren said, this is nothing more than an effort "to strip away women's rights to make choices over our own bodies."
I literally can't say it better than that.
