HAS MOVED TO A NEW LOCATION
The New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission (TLC) wishes to inform its licensees that the Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings (OATH) Taxi and Limousine Tribunal, which had been located at 33 Beaver Street, 19th floor, has relocated to a new location at 66 John Street, 11th floor.
All licensees who are required to attend an OATH hearing that had been scheduled to take place at 33 Beaver Street should instead report to 66 John Street, 11th floor.
Limited cashier services are available at 66 John Street. Payments will only be accepted for summonses or stipulations that have been resolved on the day of your hearing. Money orders and credit cards will be the only accepted methods of payment. Cash payments will not be accepted.
All other cashiering services can be completed on TLC’s online transaction portal at www.nyc.gov/tlc or by visiting our licensing facility located at 32-02 Queens Blvd, 3rd floor, Long Island City, NY 11101.

La Comisión de Taxis y Limusinas (TLC) de la Ciudad de Nueva York informa a sus concesionarios que el Tribunal de la Oficina de Juicios y Audiencias Administrativas (OATH) de Taxis y Limusinas, anteriormente ubicado en 33 Beaver Street, 19th piso, se ha mudado a una nueva ubicacion en 66 John Street, 11th piso.
Todos los concesionarios que están requeridos asistir una audiencia de OATH programada en 33 Beaver Street deberán presentarse en 66 John Street, 11th piso.
Hay servicios de cajero limitados en 66 John Street. Solo se aceptarán pagos por citaciones o estipulaciones resueltas el día de su audiencia. Las únicas formas de pago admitidas serán giros postales y tarjetas de crédito. No se aceptarán pagos en efectivo .
