Are you free on Thursday, March 19th? That's the night of my Fourth Annual Gala, my most important event of 2015, and I would love to see you there! It's always a great party, and I'll be singing a couple of songs with one of my favorite musicians, Ronnie Spector.
Fun aside, this is important because I'm confident that the 2016 election will be a winning one for Democrats, but we need to be ready. Over the next 18 months I am going to be traveling the country helping to recruit and elect strong, smart, hardworking candidates to make our government better. But I am going to need your help- it's going to take a lot of time, energy and resources to win and we are going to have to work together.

Individual contributions of amounts up to $10,400 will be divided as follows between JOE PAC and Crowley for Congress. Individual contributions up to $5,400 will be attributed to Crowley for Congress. Amounts in excess of $5,400 (but not greater than $10,400) will be attributed entirely to JOE PAC. (For individual contributions attributed to Crowley for Congress, the first $2,700 is designated for the primary election, and the second $2,700 shall be treated as designated for the general election, subject to 11 C.F.R. §110.1(b)(5)(ii)(B).) Federal multi-candidate committee contributions of amounts up to $15,000 will be divided as follows between JOE PAC and Crowley for Congress. Federal committee contributions up to $10,000 will be attributed to Crowley for Congress. Amounts in excess of $10,000 (but not greater than $15,000) will be attributed entirely to JOE PAC. (For federal multi-candidate committee contributions attributed to Crowley for Congress, the first $5,000 is designated for the primary election, and the second $5,000 shall be treated as designated for the general election, subject to 11 C.F.R. §110.2(b).) Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if any contribution, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
