
Come help determine what our East River waterfront will look like at a community design workshop on July 28, 2015.
The City of New York is hosting a series of Community Design Workshops to discuss the East River Waterfront redesign following Hurricane Sandy.
For Project Area 2 -- the waterfront area between East 14th and East 23rd Streets -- the workshop will be held on Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at the Stein Senior Center, 204 East 23rd Street.
Doors open at 5:30 PM..The meeting starts at 6:00 and is expected to run until 7:30 PM. Dinner will be provided.
These workshops build upon the planning undertaken as part of Housing and Urban Development's Rebuild by Design competition, allowing participants to contribute their thoughts on the preliminary concepts and design development of the East Side Coastal Resiliency Project.
