Dear Lucas,
When I came to Congress, Barbara Boxer was representing a House district
right next to mine. Ever since then, even when Barbara moved over to the
Senate, we’ve worked closely together for the families of California.
And I have to tell you -- I couldn’t have asked for a better ally.
Barbara is the most unselfish leader I know.
Barbara’s legacy of accomplishments will live on for years to come.
