Over the past four years, the drought has left our farmland cracked and our forests vulnerable to savage fires. Climate scientists predict that without action to address climate change, these parched conditions will become our new normal – and the impact on our state economy could be devastating.
Climate change threatens a significant portion of California’s labor force, particularly farmers, whose crops help feed our entire nation.
