This remarkable collection of contemporary photographs, shot by photographers whose artistic roots are in the East Village, shows unique and beautiful portraits of a now familiar neighborhood. Please join the Lower East Side Preservation Initiative as we debut this collection, to remind people of our neighborhood's beauty, wonder, and individuality, and to call out for the preservation of its invaluable, irreplaceable legacy, for our own and future generations.
Admission is free. Light refreshments will be served.
