In 2014, the number of Latinos in the electorate is at an all-time high with a record 25.2 million Hispanics eligible to vote in 2014. However, as the power of the Latino vote grows stronger than ever, state legislatures around the country continue to erect barriers to the ballot, particularly in states with the highest Latino population growth. As National Hispanic Heritage Month comes to a close, join us to learn about what the state of voting in 2014 looks like, and what Latinos around the country can expect when they head to the polls this November.
