As you may already know, we're having seven meetings in the next few
weeks called "Neighborhood Assemblies" to collect ideas for
infrastructure projects in our community. The winning five to six projects
will be funded for a total of $1 million.
The first of these meetings is happening next Thursday, October 9 at 6:00PM. Each meeting is designed to accommodate the needs of specific neighborhoods
or demographic groups. If you can't make it next week, there are plenty
of other opportunities for us to hear your ideas.
Remember that anyone can participate in the Assemblies as long as you
live, work or have children that attend school in Council District 7.
Youth are encouraged to participate as well! As long as you are 14 years
old, you can come out and share your ideas.
It's very important that you

We'll be breaking into small groups run by facilitators and we need
to know how many to bring to each meeting.
