Contributions for gifts to the Crowley Leadership Fund are not tax deductible. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle. Federal committees are prohibited from accepting contributions from corporations and foreign nationals. Persons are prohibited from making contributions in the name of another person.

Contributions to the Crowley Leadership Fund will be allocated as follows: Individuals contributions of up to $2,600 will be attributed to Crowley for Congress. Amounts in excess of $2,600 (but not greater than $7,600) will be attributed entirely to JOE PAC. Federal multicandidate committee contributions up to $5,000 will be attributed to Crowley for Congress. Amounts in excess of $5,000 (but not greater than $10,000) will be attributed entirely to JOE PAC. Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if any contribution, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
