Stopped at Darbster (Boca Raton, Florida) over the weekend.
Ordered their special -- some enchiladas. They came out over-cooked; dry. (The rice had an unfresh, unpleasant hardness.) It almost felt as if the dish had been microwaved.
The soup was watery and this stuffed, fried ravioli (something) was tasteless; unpleasant.
The only things worth eating were the "Palm Cakes" -- $8. (A starter which consisted of "crispy hearts of palm cakes, caper remoulade, tahini, baby greens.")
Overall: DISAPPOINTING.
