On Thursday, March 27th, I will be participating on a panel of a program sponsored by the the Public Health Association of NYC.

We will be discussing Aging in New York.

Some of the issues we hope to address are:

  • The impact aging baby boomers will have on NYC health services and economy
  • The new senior; Is 50 the new middle age?
  • Can seniors age in place
  • Is New York City age-friendly?
  • Are nursing homes obsolets?
  • Senior services - do they need to be increased and who will pay for them?
  • NYC/NYS specific pending legislation that will impact seniors

Attached and below is the flyer for the event.

I hope you can join us.

Warmest regards,

Alice
