About the Roundtable Discussion
Mayor Bill de Blasio has made land use and housing policy an early focus of his administration. City Council member Brad Lander will offer his perspective, informed by many years as a community activist, on the land use and housing goals and policies announced by the Mayor and will discuss the role and agenda of the City Council in these areas. Council member Lander represents the 39th Council District in Brooklyn and is a founder and Co-Chair of the Council's Progressive Caucus.
