SHE'S RUNNING FOR GOVERNOR OF TEXAS

Almost a year ago, I stood on the floor of the Texas State Senate for 13 hours to filibuster restrictions on women’s access to health care.

Today, I’m running for Governor of Texas. And the people who supported those restrictions have turned their attention to something else -- attacking me every chance they get.

They’ve called me names and smeared my record. They’ve gone after everything from how I look to my background.

On the other side, they see this as a strategy for victory. I see it as proof that they’re scared.

My opponent and his political allies are afraid of our campaign because we’re fighting for all hardworking Texas families -- not just their chosen few. But it’s going to take a lot to come out ahead in November. And in order to do it, I’ll need a grassroots network filled with people just like you, Richie.

I would like to send you updates on my race as we get closer to the election. But I know what it’s like to get too many emails to handle. So if you don’t want to receive updates from me, you can just click here and we’ll make sure you don’t get them.

Thank you for taking the time to read this today. I hope you’ll decide to stick with us.
