The summer isn't even over yet, and already outside groups have spent
more than $100 million on elections this year. And that's only about a third of what the Koch brothers and their allies
have pledged to spend on these midterms.

114 -- have spent money in elections. One of those is running radio ads against
me right now.
Super PACs wouldn't exist without
Citizens United. Outside spending in our elections is just out of control. It's time we put
Citizens United where it belongs -- out in the trash with all the other terrible ideas.
Today I'm teaming up with Congresswoman Tammy Duckworth to call for
an end to the damaging effects of
Citizens United
-- and we need you to join us. Sign our petition and demand immediate action to end
Citizens United.
Conservative Super PACs and the guys behind them don't care about
protecting Medicare or keeping Social Security out of the hands of Wall
Street. Or making college more affordable. That's my job. A conservative
super PAC's job is to attack guys like me and manipulate our elections
with outside cash from people like the Koch brothers.
This has to end -- and Congress can end it.
