ON THE HUNT FOR UNEMPLOYMENT?

Because she objected to the manner in which she was being trained, Donna Falcone--after only three days on the job--resigned and later filed for unemployment insurance benefits.

After the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board found Donna wasn't entitled to any money because she had willingly left her job "without good cause," the dispute worked its way to the Appellate Division, Third Department, which thought that the lady's "dissatisfaction" with "working conditions" and "training procedures," didn't justify her departure, particularly since she hadn't given her employer an opportunity to address the situation.

What were her sights trained on?
