Thank you for standing with me and showing my new opponent what he's truly up against: a fired up grassroots movement. With the report coming out over the weekend that the Koch Brothers are pouring at least $20 million dollars into races like mine, it's important to know we are standing together.
My opponent is the exact type of candidate the Koch Brothers would love to have in Congress. A recent news article said he "brags about his conservative credentials" and wants to go to Congress to cut funding for education, social programs, and aid for natural disasters.
These are just the first things that my opponent has said he would change if he were in Washington. I am proud to be fighting for you in Congress and am thankful that you are standing with me. There will be more to come and I hope you'll keep up with my campaign on Facebook.
