Almost four years ago, I stood beside our President, Barack Obama, as he signed the Affordable Care Act into law. There may have been a few hiccups along the way but millions of Americans can now access affordable healthcare.

We've come too far to give up now. I need your support to keep fighting alongside our President for healthcare for all.

I recently spoke at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx and encountered a few of the thousands of New Yorkers who have health insurance thanks to the law. Constituents have been coming to our office saying thank you. So many people faced insurance limiting the care they could receive, went bankrupt, or had a pre-existing condition that prevented them from getting insurance.

We've changed the way healthcare works and it warms my heart. But there's more work to be done and I can't do it without you. Will you contribute to keep our campaign going strong?
