Dear Friends and Colleagues,
The holiday season is in full swing, with Chanukah underway for a daily night of reflection, Christmas lights twinkling on our homes, and Kwanzaa and the New Year just around the corner.
These holidays have different histories but share a unified theme about the importance of spending cherished time with our loved ones.
The 2.3 million residents of "The World's Borough" may hail from more than 120 countries, but one thing we all have in common is the love we have for our families. We know this because people come to Queens from all over the world to work, raise their children, and pursue the American Dream.
