Lucas -- enough!
For the first time in the history of our country -- over 238 years -- Congress is going to SUE the President. It’s a ridiculous stunt.
But make no mistake, Boehner’s crusade against the President could be the first step towards impeachment.
Lucas, I’m fighting for Long Island families day and night. I’m fighting for the issues you care about most, like bringing home good-paying jobs, passing equal pay for equal work, and supporting LGBT rights.
Speaker Boehner? He’s fighting for corporate special interests. He’s putting on a partisan charade to appease his Tea Party caucus.
Worse yet, he’s funding my opponent.
Enough is enough. The last thing Long Island needs is another right-wing hack kneeling at the altar of the Tea Party overlords.
We can beat them. We can win re-election, but only if we give everything we’ve got between now and Election Day.
