I am deeply saddened to inform you of the passing of Libby Gersowitz, mother of NYSTLA First Vice President Edward H. Gersowitz.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 11 at 11:00AM at the Levine Memorial Chapel, located at 649 Washington Ave, Albany, NY. Interment will follow in the Independent Benevolent Cemetery, Guilderland.
The family will be sitting shiva on Monday, August 11, 2:00PM - 4:00PM, and Tuesday, August 12, 4:00PM - 7:00PM at 235 Tampa Ave, Albany, NY.
The family will also be sitting Shiva on Thursday, August 14, 5:00PM - 8:00PM at Mr. Gersowitz's residence at 112 W 18th St, Apt 6A, New York, NY.
In lieu of flowers, donations, by those who wish, may be made to the National Jewish Medical and Research Center, 1400 Jackson St, Denver, CO 80206.
