Workshops and seminars on renters rights, homebuying, sessions addressing foreclosure, immigration resources, legal rights for renters and those facing foreclosure; realtors, real estate attorneys, lenders, city agencies and not for for profit vendors will be present to handle your renter, homebuying, and mortgage questions. Agencies such as DEP will be present to address water bill payments and much more; HPD will be present to discuss down payment assistance programs' not for profits and attorneys will be present to address rental issues.
