Dear Fellow New Yorker,
Passover begins this evening and members of the Jewish community in New York will gather to celebrate with family and friends. During Passover, the story is told of the Jewish people's freedom from slavery and oppression. This message of hope and endurance has lasted through the ages and lives today in the spirit of the people of our state.
At this special time of year, our thoughts turn to working together to ensure a brighter future and safe and secure society for all. My best wishes for a happy and joyous Passover.
Sincerely,
Andrew M. Cuomo
