Thank you. Thank you for spending countless hours making phone calls.Thank you for passing out literature at subways, poll sites, and street fairs.Thank you for contributing to the campaign and for keeping us on TV. Thank you for everything you did to help us win on Tuesday.

This win is not about me, but you. The debt I owe to each of you is not just for helping us win, but for believing so deeply that we could, and for every hour you gave to the campaign. I hope that you will always look back on these months together as I will: one of the best times I've ever had, with some of the best people I've ever known.

I look forward to working with the new mayor, the other borough presidents, my former opponents, and most importantly you to make Manhattan a better place.
