
F. Vacchio was fired from his job as a sanitation truck driver, because he refused to sign his time sheet.
While his employer argued that the guy had been fired "for cause," and wasn't entitled to benefits, the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board didn't agree.
And on appeal, the Appellate Division, Third Department, thought that the Board's determination had been supported by substantial evidence. (Apparently, Vacchio claimed that his employer "improperly altered" his entries.)
Guess who really got clocked there?
