I started Off the Sidelines to make sure women’s voices were being heard. And now I've launched a campaign to pass the Opportunity Plan to make sure women were getting a fair shot in today’s economy – simple solutions to level the playing field like raising the minimum wage, equal pay for equal work, paid family medical leave, affordable daycare and universal pre-K.
Passing these bills will be tough, but we can do it. And now I need your help in getting the word out.

The idea is simple: When all of us speak together, our voice is louder than any one of us standing alone. It’s a great way to sidestep the sideshows and get millions of people to focus on helping women and families.
Women make up almost half the workforce and are increasingly a primary or sole breadwinner in American families. By fairly re-writing the rules of the workplace, women will be able to truly compete on a level playing field.
